Dear Hal,

I am depressed. Why? Because you are leaving the LVPhilharmonic. You have done fantastic work with the orchestra. In the last three years that I have listened to your group, I do not miss my favorite Cleveland Orchestra. The sound and precision of the orchestra does equal that of any more established Symphony Orchestra in the country.

I am very happy that I met you three years ago. We have so much in common. We both play trumpet, studied with the same teacher, conducted musical groups and we both come from Ohio. Do not let your talent go dormant. I hope you will go to a more established orchestra.
